Help Battery Manager - Cell Standby too high?

Hey Guys,

I just wanted to know if having the Display at 53% and Cell Standby at 40% is of big concern? The phone has been unplugged for 7hrs and the battery is at 80%.

The cell standby at 40% seems rather high, no?
