Help battery not accessible?

I've currently got a Sensation (with a custom beats audio rom found via the forum) but it keeps freezing more and more often, so i have to open it, and remove the battery so i can start it up again.

I'm due to renew my contract in 2 weeks and have been looking at the one X, but i just read you can't access the battery in this phone.

What happens if the phone freezes and won't respond to anything ? How can you switch it off and on again ?

Hold the power button down for longer and it acts as a reset, like removing and refitting the battery.

I've been umming and ahhing about switching to the S3 but to be honest the only thing that bothers me is the battery and even that appears to be improving as the honeymoon period subsides and I slide into normal usage (and I go through a few more charge cycles). I've had the phone nearly 2 weeks so have until Friday to decide what to do anyway.

The phone though is great. People have been going on about the replaceable battery in the S3 but to my mind if you're going to carry a spare battery you may as well get a pebble charger which will give you around 4 charges anyway.
