So I started noticing my S2 would only charge to 98% and then the phone will beep and say it's fully charge. I would have to unplug it from the charger and then replug it a couple times before it goes to 100%. My phones not rooted so how can I fix this? I plan to fully drain my phone until it dies and then charge it all the way up to 100%. Hope this can fix it...

Help battery not charging to 100%

on i believe because when I charged from 0-100% off it was fine.
