Help BATTERY NOT CHARGING

HI,
my htc Desire 826 Dual SIM mobile battery is not charging

• replaced new battery
• brought new htc charger
• USB connector also fine

PLS HELP ME

ya sir socket is also fine, glows indicate light , its shows only 0% charge

What type of cable are you using ?

If the battery is brand-new or completely discharged, you will need a powerful charger and a thick charging cable to wake it up.

Make sure your charger can deliver at least 2A and a good quality charging cable, not the cheap and thin cable.

yes sir i m using 2.1 amps output cable , condition is same 0% charge

Do you have other phone or tablet with comparable battery capacity to make a test with that charger + cable ?
