Help Battery Not Fully Charging

I charge my Bionic (Stock with the new OTA and Original Battery) and it never goes above 60%. I am running Go Launcher Ex but it doesn't even show up in my battery use. The highest percentages I see are the Display and the Andriod OS.

Going to visit my local store tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone else had this issue.

Sounds like a bad battery, but a battery calibration might be in order.
