Help BATTERY PROBLEM (not displaying exact info)

Guyz i need your help

My phones battery is not displaying exact info about it's charge percentage.
It would take me more or less 10 hours charging (really) and it would only take me 2-3 hrs of usage, just plain SMS without browsing the net. sometimes it displays charging status even if im not charging it

help please...

yes sir, i've done that already but still it didn't work. i've been looking for solutions to this problems a week now...
i'll try the codes....
