Help Battery problem?

Hi,

Today my Galaxy Note was repaired. The motherboard was replaced.

But now my Galaxy Note doesn't charge anymore.

This is what I get when I try to charge my phone (I made a video of it):

The phone does the same thing all the time.

What is the problem? Is the battery damaged or something else?

Thread can be closed. I replaced the old battery with a new one and now the phone works fine.
