battery problem

[Android Question]

I have my s2 about a year and even at the start my battery used to be really really hot when I charged it (not all the time)
but now it keeps knocking off.. the first time it went back on after a few days but the last time it didn't go back on atal, I couldn't restart it either. then I used a friends battery in my phone and it worked but now it wont charge. any suggestions what to do please!?!

Hmmm, perhaps either try a different charger, or cable that plugs into the charger, if applicable.

Also check for a damaged end on the charger.

Could quite possibly be the battery itself if you said your friends battery worked with no issues.
