battery problem

my galaxy s2 plus goes from 30% directly to 1% directly in a fast way as long as 2 minutes....how thats posible becuase i just bought it.....?
 
Charge it completely, turned off, until it tells you to unplug the charger. The battery meter isn't calibrated yet, so it's not 30% and it's not 1%.
