My phone has been acting very strange. If I try to use any of the installed apps on the phone, it instantly turns off. Even if I swipe to open the phone to the home screen, it sometimes turns off. When I turn the phone back on, it says it still has a full battery.
If I plug my phone up to an outlet, it works perfectly fine. I have no problems accessing any apps or texts, but as soon as I take the connector out, it inevitably will turn off after 5-30 seconds. The weird thing is, if I make a phone call, I can talk without the charger. I have had 30 minute conversations on the phone since this problem occurred and have no problems with that use of the phone.
If it is a dead battery, that is understandable. They are cheap and I can get a new one. But just wanted to see if I could get some help. Thanks
