Battery recommendations

Does anyone know of a good replacement battery for a Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000? Is 2 1/2 days on a charge, being very conservative about not running apps, disabling sounds etc about average?

I've got the 'Juice Defender' app on my phone and hope it makes a difference to my phone's battery life. In honesty I'm not sure SGS's are famed for their battery life.

It is possible to buy a larger battery with an extended case like this one on ebay but I haven't tried one and wonder about their quality TBH.

I am finding out the hard way that SGS is hard on the battery. Looks like an ok option, but it wouldn't fit in my Otter Box

Turning the screen brightness down and having wifi, data, bluetooth, gps all off by default helps too. I generally only turn them on if needed. Screen brightness goes up if I'm watching a movie or playing a fav game

I thought I might be unhappy with my phone's battery life but I'm not TBH. It's okay for sure and I've got used to its life span before needing a charge

I have recently bought one from

ebay,although the battery is not orignal,it is durable and the price is cheap,highly recommend!!! By the way,our need is not only a quanlity battery,but good protection to maintain the battery life time longer.
