Battery Replacement

I have a Droid Ultra MAXX. The battery is dead. Will not charge at all. So, cannot turn it on. I found that I can, perhaps, get a battery on line and install it myself. Since the phone is currently DOA, this is a minor risk. When I search for Droid Ultra Maxx batteries I get listings for the XT1080, among others. What specific # of battery should I look for? I get several titled "Eu20 2130mah Replacement Battery For Motorola Droid Ultra Xt1080" but I am unsure.

Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to Android Forums.

In later models they have been listing the SKU number to solve this problem. It was not done on older models.

When you go to Settings/About phone what is listed for Model Number? My Maxx is DROID MAXX. My Turbo is DROID TURBO. My Turbo 2 is DROID TURBO 2.

Product number ... look at the label on the box the phone came in. Upper left corner. My Droid Maxx says MOTOX1080M. What does yours say?
