1) You'll probably have to contact a repair center, because they're not sold retail (see #2 for the reason).
2) Unless you've worked on tablets and cellphones before, I wouldn't suggest that you do this yourself. The money you save will be far outweighed by the money you have to pay to fix what you break when you take the tablet apart.
