Help Battery saver and look out

Hi I have down loaded battery saver and it seems to effect look out as it kept shutting down and occasionally come back on and scan the apps then disappear.

Does anyone know if battery and lookout is having some form of love and hate relationship?

This is purely a guess, as I'm not familiar with this 'Battery Saver' app, but it sounds as though it tries to save battery by working as an app killer. App killers are not necessary with Android anyway, and as it's messing about with Lookout, all I can advise is to get rid of it.
