I meant "Battery Saver" in the title. oops! I ain't making pancakes!
I've always had issues with battery life especially since I was on Froyo. After the Gingerbread update I ran into an app called PowerMax. I've never seen it before but decided to try it since it had a 7 day free trial. So far its been the best app I've used and I really did try everything out there. Juice Defender just wasn't working for me even though many raved about it because it would always kill my wifi and I use that alot plus its too much to mess around with as far as I'm concerned. I hated any kind of task killers also.
With PowerMax I just hit the button any time I turn my phone off. It kills everything and really does a great job of conserving the battery. You still get texts, phone calls, alarms etc., but it shuts other things off while your phone is off. I've been using it since the Gingerbread update and its been great. If you haven't tried it yet you really should give it a shot. I use my phone about to do things about 60% or more of my day and I used to have to plug charge my phone 3-4 times a day. Now at most I charge it twice and sometimes only at night when I go to sleep. Hope this helps others as much as its helped me.

Oh, and just in case anyone was wondering, no, I have nothing to do with the company that made it. I don't rave about many apps but this one is worth it.
