Help battery saver

so, the first time my battery went to 30% I got a pop up asking if I wanted to have the phone turn on battery saver when ever it got to 30%, I thought sure, thinking it would revert to my normal settings when it got charged. well it doesn't and I'm getting sick of hunting down all the saver changes. this isn't a battery saver app, its something it came with. like I said I'm sick of it and want it to stop, but I have no idea where to turn it off, I've gone over all the settings a few times and still have no idea where its hidden. I have the battery saver setting set to off but at 30% its back. anyone know what I'm talking about and how to turn it off? thanks for your time, sorry if this is in another thread, didn't see it tho.

I have the battery saver set to "on" at all times, via the battery settings menu, and I have yet to notice any adverse performance. I'm curious to know exactly what's going on, when you say you're hunting down battery saver changes.

Do you have any examples?

*Decided to consult Google on this, and found the following:

"The Moto X's battery saver is also very impressive. If you enable it, it comes in when you drop to 15 percent charge. It disables background data use, meaning less push notifications for your email and social networks, and also institutes aggressive screen dimming and time outs.
It does great work milking that last bit of charge for you. With battery saver enabled at fifteen percent, we got over two hours of battery life before reaching one percent."

"The Moto X will ask you if you want to enable this feature when your phone gets below 15%, but if you keep it on all of the time the phone will easily get you anywhere from 24-28 hours of battery life, depending on your usage. This battery saver mode causes the phone to check for notifications far less frequently, which will allow the phone to consume significantly less power during the times you aren

so yeah, when it gets triggered; music volume goes to half, turns off WiFi, disables auto rotate screen, mutes notifications, and lowers screen brightness, all of which I expected. but when I get it on a charger I expected it to revert to my normal settings, it doesnt. I have go back and turn everything back the way I want it manually. I have the battery saver toggle off(duh) but like I said at 30% it comes back on. I got a system prompt pop up the very first time I let it get that low (30%) asking if I'd like it to turn on battery saver whenever it got that low, still wouldn't mind it doing that if it went back to my original settings when charging/charged. but since it can't remember them I'd rather just let it drain the battery till its gone

so I'm a little red in the face, turns out this auto battery save thing was an app. it was avg anti virus. I'm terribly sorry for any confusion I may have caused.

That's great. Thanks for posting the update and the solution for you. That may help somebody down the road.
