Battery usage breakdown

Android Enthusiast
What is everyones average battery usage breakdown? Mine biggest battery hog is Android OS at 39%. Heres my breakdown

40% battery left at 9h 32m 15s on battery

Android OS- 39%
Display- 26%
Voice Calls- 15%
Phone Idle- 7%
Cell Standby- 6%
Android System- 3%
com.android.phone- 2%
Text Messaging- 2%

It seems a little odd to me that the Android OS is using the most battery. What's everyone elses usage look like?

Display - 43%
Mediaserver - 33%
com.maxmpz.audioplayer - 8%
Android OS - 5%
Browser - 5%
Cell standby - 3%
Phone idle - 2%

Says 80% after 4 hours 8 mins 40 secs on battery. Is this good?

P.s. display is set at lowest brightness, yet uses the most battery, isn't that weird?

Yeah that does seem a little odd but whats more odd is how low your Android OS is compared to mine.

1d 7h 21m on battery. Battery is at 70%

Android OS 27%

Display 21%

Phone idle 20%

i like the Razr Maxx but i dont like the fact that if & when the battery starts to lose its charge over time & if under warranty still, you would have to give up your NEW Maxx for a refurbished one.wish there was a way to change it ourselves without affecting the warranty. My 02

Someone in another thread said you can send in the phone in and get the battery replaced. I know not if it's true of the cost.

I would have thought your battery lives would be a lot better. I get the same thing with my rooted thunderbolt

Android OS: 33%

Wifi: 32% (I have smartactions set up so that I am on wifi at work and at home, and 4G is off when I'm connected to those networks).

Cell Standby: 14%

Phone idle: 13%

Display: 3%

Com.motorla.contacts.data: 3% (not sure what this one is - does anyone know?)

Still have 50% remaining after 1 day, 20 hours, 45 minutes.

Obviously, I'm a light user (first smartphone, still getting used to it). I've noticed that the web browser (the standard browser and Dolphin HD) seem to use battery pretty quickly.

I have a battery question.

Here is the info I just got before putting my phone on the charger.

Phone battery info:

99% - 13%
1d 1h 0m 1s on Battery

android OS 29%
Display 23%
Wifi 16%
Voice Calls 11%
Phone idle 6%
cell standby 6%
Tapatalk 3%
Browser 3%
Facebook 2%

Display on 4h 47m 49s
Android OS CPU total 2h 13m 25s
I am running Stock, unrooted software
version 6.12.181.XT912

Question: Is android OS usage supposed to be so high?
If so, why? I am not used to seeing it be that high except in the case of
ICS v. 4.0.3 on my Nexus S.

Here is mine:

1d2h18m45s on battery

Wi-Fi 26%
Display 24%
Boat Browser 17%
Phone Idle 9%
Cell Standby 8%
Android 6%
etc

Didn't have any calls as I was on my corporate phone :)
