Battery usage information freezes?

Hi,
I'm having a small but weird problem with my new nexus 5. I've experienced that my battery drains rather quickly and charges very slowly (same as many other nexus5 users). And recently, I realise the battery info has frozen, the % usage of each app remains exactly the same. I've tried using advanced task killer and even reboot but no luck there. Any thoughts?

Actually did some research and cleared cache in recovery mode it seems much better now, using 1% every 3-4 minute doing very light browsing at minimal brightness. Still cant fix the battery usage info tho its still stuck, anyone have any idea why?
 
When you say that it's stuck, do you mean that everything is stuck (including battery percentage) or that just the percentages of each task using your battery is stuck?
