Help Battery Usage statistics missing

I am having a problem on my Umidigi Power running Android 9
When I go in to battery > battery usage statistics then either App usage information or Device usage information i get this screen (see image) - how do i fix this? it is incredibly annoying. When i first got my phone i got a solid 2+ days of battery out of it. Now i get just over 24 hrs.

not sure as i never had your phone. also not sure why it says that "battery usage data isn't available" either. when did you get this phone? was there a recent update?

2 days worth of battery life!!!!!!! that is amazing. even getting 24hrs is pretty darn good.

Got it a couple months ago. Is always been that way.
Yeah it's a great value too. 150$ American. 4gb ram 64 GB ROM 5150 battery, 2.1mhz quad core processor android 9. Super solid.

My phone is a note 10+, so yeah I can see battery stats. The only thing I can think of is to do a factory reset.
