Help Battery use of flash player?

How long I should expect the battery to last when streaming flash videos? With E3 going on, I've been streaming the long video conferences over wifi and it eats the battery up at a rate of about 1% per 2 minutes of video. I'm new to android.. just wondering if this is normal battery usage with the flash player.
 
Plying flash video content kills the battery faster than anything i've experienced so far (takes up like 90+ CPU usage) so i try not to watch youtube videos if i can.
 
There was at least some good reasoning behind Apple not supporting Flash on their phones and this was it.

Flash causes high CPU usage thus putting a lot of strain on the battery, soon enough videos online will eventually be embedded using HTML5 which is much more CPU friendly.
