I bought 4 of these Motion phones mid-October 2012. One the battery has completely failed (if I use a battery from another phone, it works fine). Metro wouldn't replace the battery (I just paid almost $42 for another battery at the store). Does anyone have any information regarding the battery warranty? The warranty that came with the new battery says it has a 12 month warranty. At the store, they also told me NOT to charge the phone for more than 2 hours or until 100%. I usually charge my phones overnight. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
