Help Battery Warranty

I bought 4 of these Motion phones mid-October 2012. One the battery has completely failed (if I use a battery from another phone, it works fine). Metro wouldn't replace the battery (I just paid almost $42 for another battery at the store). Does anyone have any information regarding the battery warranty? The warranty that came with the new battery says it has a 12 month warranty. At the store, they also told me NOT to charge the phone for more than 2 hours or until 100%. I usually charge my phones overnight. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

While I don't believe that leaving the phone charging all night is a good thing but that's not enough to kill your battery so quickly. the other 3 phones would have had the same problem if that was the cause. Someone had mentioned on the forum that they had complained about his battery not lasting very long and the store has given him a free one. You could have also spent just $10 for a new one on amazon. Eiither way I'm not sure what the warranty is on the battery but usually its one year.

I really didn't have a choice. The phone would not charge or power up. I ordered 2 online, but don't know when they will arrive. Had no choice, but to purchase one at Metro. They told me there was no warranty on the battery. It sounded like a bunch of crap to me, but needed the phone up and running.
