When my battery percent is at 3%. I go charge it then I check it in like 20 Min. Its on 60%. Is that normal. Also the battery drains really fast. I have to charge it at least twice a day.

The % changing so quickly is nothing to be concerned about. The main reason the battery is draining so fast is most likely due to everything running in the background. Thus the reason of figuring out how to root this bad boy.
