Help Battery

Sometimes in the middle of charging my phone chimes and A screen comes up that says cannot charge unsupported battery. However this is the battery that came with my phone. I have called boost and they said they cannot help me. I dont understand why the battery is doing this can somebody help me?

Call Samsung. I had that problem. The phone's under warranty still. If required be prepared with the proof of purchase... but they sholud know exactly when the phone was purchased.

They ship you a label. You ship it to them. They ship it back. 10 days turn around. Second time I did it.

Question: are you using the Samsung USB cable?


There are different USB volt/amp possibilities.

I have this happen when using different chargers and a reboot while still connected to the charger solves the problem for me.
