BB EVO question

If you are new to Sprint and purchase the EVO from BB do you have the choice of getting insurance through BB or Sprint? Also is there a difference in the insurance provided by BB and Sprint?
 
The main difference to me is that if drop, break, or what ever. Best buy will replace it for a new phone, as sprint will give you a refurbished if they have one.
