Help BB wall charger locks screen for Fascinate

Is anyone else having this issue? Whenever I use any charger other than the usb wall charger and cord that came with my Fascinate it looks up my phone. The screen is unresponsive. As soon as I unplug it the screen responds to touch. My girlfriend's T-Mobile Galaxy S phone does the same thing.

I have used 3 or 4 different chargers and haven't seen this problem.

There was a similar thread in the Incredible forum. I've tried 3 chargers and the only one that works properly is the Samsung wall charger.

I've used chargers from 4 different phones including my old blackberry and an incredible

i have used blackberry chargers, droid incredible chargers, and palm pre chargers and never had an issue

i got a cheap "rapid charger" & car charger that came with a screen protector and case from Amazon. they're super cheap so i'm not mad about it, but only the car charger works. the wall charger locks my phone and says it's fully charged after like 20 minutes (not even close). i had the opposite problem with my old Omnia - only the wall charger worked. ... so i grabbed 2 Samsung (OEM) wall chargers off eBay for $7.

i will say though, that in many threads people have pointed non-samsung usb cords have posed issues not with charging, but with adb, mounting the sdcard, and some other wackiness
