Help Beats Audio Drivers missing for SGSIII?

So I got adventerous today and decided to try that Beats Audio PRO root app that is on the market place. My phone is fine, and I'm getting that cool beats audio emblem in my notification bar. The sound on my phone however seems to be the same. I was wondering if anyone else has tried installing this on their phone and if it worked well for you. I also saw that there was a beats folder created on my external SD card. Would the drivers be installed locally or would they be in that folder that was created on my SD card?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm going to level with you. All this beats audio hype is just that. Hype. Its a worthless marketing ploy to sell stuff for more than its worth. Even if the app did work, all beats does is tweak the levels to make things sound "better" just like you can do with any decent player (although music shouldn't be tweaked much. The levels are as the artist intends already).

Ha ha yes. I know you're joking but for the benefit of others....

Where as gold plating an analogue cable such as scart or 6.35mm audio Jack is proven to slightly improve conduction, in turn quality of signal, with digital this is not the case. Digital signals are 1's and 0's. They either transmit or they don't. When you pay

Because they're designed to work well with the frequencies tweaked by the software. Rastaman-FB and I have the same Sennheisers. He compared them to beats at 4x the cost. The beats distorted easily where as the sennheisers didn't in his tests.

I have distorted mine though. Not easily mind

I don't see anything wrong with the audio quality, I remember trying beats audio with a few roms i've tried and there wasnt much difference.

Waste of money.

There is nothing wrong with the audio quality on the GS3. I was just curious if the beats software would improve it, that's all. My wife has a HTC One S and the beats audio on her device does make a difference that I can appreciate.

Either way, my phone started acting all funny last night after I installed those drivers so I just did a factory reset.
