Beats Audio?

Hey guys, just wondering if Awesome Beats(Beats Audio) would work correctly on the prevail?
If not would MegaBassBeats work for prevail?
I've tried many apps on play store for beats and sound boost and they usually don't work. And the ones that do work don't give the beats boost i want or just sound completely horrible. I would try these myself but i don't have good enough internet and they would take hours and hours to download.

Don't know anything about the Beats Audio......Never tried it.... But a long time ago, "someone" here called Wetbiker recommended to me "PlayerPro".... And it sounds great !! It's a paid app, but well worth it. They also have the DSP Pack for PlayerPro and a DSP Manager..... Serves all my music needs and has lots of features.... ;)
 
Most of those, Beats Audio ect.. work the best if you have headphones and the better the headphones the better the sound. As for the prevails speaker, you really won't hear a major difference.
 
wel im using the DSP Manager that came with ctmod and the speakers sound a little better. It's louder but can't really tell the bass boost. With my headphones it's a completely different story lol. My headphones already have some bass but adding the effects of DSP Manager it sounds like im at a party :) but i want the speakers to sound like that also because im usually around friends and always playing music and it's never really loud enough. I just figured that since beats headphones are like 200 bucks maybe i could just install something that has the effect of the beats
 
This speaker is in electronics speakers verses mechanical speakers so your just never going to get the same effect. If you try to boost the volume too loud speakers have been known to blowout on the prevail. What I do is plug in a set of computer speakers to my phone that are plugged into the outlet and that boost the volume for everybody to hear.
 
While I was on 3rd shift I listened to the TuneIn Radio App all night long. My work radio is a circa 1990 Sony Dual cassette boombox. It does have the advantage of having RCA inputs, so I bought a 3.5mm to 2-RCA jacks cable for $4, got the FREE Beats Audio App from the Play Store, and it sounds great.

Beats Audio really only works for the sound output from the headphone jack. It doesnt have to be headphones. Ive also come to love this setup for home. In my "man cave" room I simply leave one of the cables connected to receiver and when I want connect my phone/tablet. If Im in the living room, I have a soundbar so Im able to connect via blue tooth.
 
I use the Player Pro app with the DSP pack also and it sounds awesome. You won't find anything to help out the external speaker of the Prevail and beware you will blow it out. I hook my Prevail up to my Bose speakers through the headphone jack and it rocks just fine. I'm not sure about Beats audio working for the Prevail or that other one you mentioned, just need to research it. I did some research on Vodoo a little while back and I know that app doesn't support the Prevail. Something you have to get accustomed to. Gingerbread and the Prevail are outdated and support is getting less and less.:smokingsomb:
 
+1 for PlayerPro and it's DSP pack. I run mine through the car speakers and my home Logitech speakers and my little phone rocks them. It sounds a lot better playing it through the phone than it does playing just the car radio. BIG DIFFERENCE!
 
Ya but if I blow the speaker I can just replace it lol. And I hook it up to my speakers and amp at home whenever its just me and friends (its wayyy to loud my family gets pissed when I play like that) and when I'm driving I just hopm them up to my truck with my 4 15s and 6 subs :) but when I'm walking around I wanna hear it good through the speaker but I guess its not possible lol

Lol4 15's and 6 subs. As if the 4 15s where not enough subs? Can you still hear OK? Lmao I use to run 2 15s and 2 12s back n the day and rattle the tables inside Micky D's trolling through the parking lot. Would have neighbors coming over from 2 blocks away pissed off during testing. I built all my own boxes and wired all my own systems.
