Becoming Droid owner...

As the title of this thread says, this upcoming weekend I will be switching to Verizon from Alltel To get the Droid. Now my question is: when I first get the phone, what defects or problems should I look for?

My reason for asking is than before I leave the store I can just exchange it right than and there without having to come back later.

The number one thing is that it actually feels good in your hands and does what YOU need it for. Other thing would be to check make sure for any reboot on its own and that the battery cover is not loose. After all is cleared keep reading this forum for good application to download which will allow you to use your Droid to its max.
