Help Bedside (Night Clock) Apps Question

hikersc

Newbie
I was wondering if anyone using the Bedside (Night Clock) app by Daniel Velazco would mind answering a few questions.

Do the button backlights turn off with the app running in the standard dock on the Bionic? In the Market, there is a warning that the button backlights stay on on some Motorola devices.

Also, can you use the Alarms that are built into the Bionic operating system with Bedside. I read some feedback that indicated that some had issues with using the OS Alarms on their devices.

Any help with the questions would be appreciated. Since it is a paid app, I want to make sure of compatibility with the Bionic.

Maybe I am confused. Isn't the "bedside" app that the dock can automatically launch the same bedside (night clock)?

There is a "bedside" mode to the docked Bionic along with other modes. The app to which I refer is separate and available on the Market. Maybe I was wrong but I understood in doing some searches that this app is very popular due to its expanded capabilities beyond the standard docked mode.

Check out Kaloer clock, the interface looks similar to Bedside, and I can confirm that the button backlights can be disabled in the Bionic.
