I have a Samsung Admire android through MetroPCS. Yesterday it started losing battery power rapidly and when unplugged from the charger keeps beeping and saying "charging" with a percentage of charge. It doesn't do this when it actually is plugged in and charging though. I have taken battery out and rebooted phone, but continues.
