Help beeping noises

My phone keeps beeping. Every 3 minutes it has this beeping noise and idk what it is. If I'm listening to music it stops for a second beeps and then keeps playing music... I have no notifications or anything and even if I'm not using my phone it happens it vibrates like I have a text or something. Any suggestions?

Have you done a factory data reset to the device . I would to be on the safe side unless you really looking to go through every app on the phone . sounds like the phone minutes tone but it sounds while playing music that's the face smacker . how old is this device
