Beetle/bug notification icon? Also, black box with red arrow?

[docwass]

Hi all, I have seen this notification icon on several screen shots of a black box with a white android icon that looks like a bug or a beetle or something along those lines? Can anyone give me a clue as to what program that represents cause I do not have it on my phone? It is the icon on the fourth from the left in the attached picture.

The other icon I was wondering about is the one all the way on the left in the pic, a black box with a red arrow. Some sort of downloading app? Thanks for your help!

The beetle/bug is Andy drawn in the form of a circuit. It means the device is plugged into USB and USB debug is enabled.

The red arrow is something that has been downloaded from the net. If the arrow is moving, it means the download is in progress; static red arrow indicates the download is completed.
