That "wow" was their remark about all of our questions coming in and being avoided. I told them to check us out. We are not amused. "check with Tmobile..." Puhleez. I also told them that it is a Samsung issue and not Tmobile...Tmo says ask Samsung... No one wants to take responsibility on this. Now we have the leverage of their own broadcast to back up what we have been saying.
Time to get the "suits" involved. After all, it's their bottom line. I know if I just came online and saw all this lack of good service by a company or a brand, I would want nothing to do with them. And I don't!!!
