Help Bell Mobility Samsung Note ICS Update Bug

I have a Samsung Note. Did the new ICS update a few days ago, and now my Bluetooth won't sync up with my headset. And i NEED my headset. I have read that it is a bug. My question is, how can i find the Bell Mobility ROM (I found other providers but not Bell) for Gingerbread and where can i find the post to flash the rom. I have flashed before but never a Note and i forgot how

I'm also having BIG issues since the Bell update went live a few days ago. I want my gingerbread back!
