I'm a little lost when it comes to contracts, I'm looking but the best I can find is something like the ZTE Blade 3 which sucks and is a total rip off over 24 month contracts.

Wish I could help but over in the states I would say Virgin Mobile. Can you use an international GS3 or something like that? Sounds like the rates over there are pretty high
