Best apps for the Developmentally Disabled

So, Ipad has any number of apps available through them for the developmentally disabled, including task development for daily living skills (teaching simple tasks like making a sandwich, taking the bus, etc) Travel training apps, even apps to remind an individual with developmental disabilities to do tasks like take their medication or walk their dog on a schedule. Has anyone found similar apps for android? The individuals I work with may not have the means to purchase an Ipad (at $829, neither do I), so Andrtoid tablets are a more reasonable alternative. So, any apps you have come across that assist people with developmental disabilities would be greatly appreciated!
