Can someone share few extra-ordinary apps to personalize / customize my phone ?? I am bored of this very restricted version of "HTC sense" they put in desire C. No home screen add/delete option, no wallpaper lock/scroll option - its always scrolling one, no font change option, No live wallpaper manager in settings, not much themes/skins.

Since you're looking for customization I would recommend a launcher such as Go Launcher or ADW Launcher. Lots of customization and you can even customize how your screen transitions, color of font I believe, and lots more themes. You can also get Go Locker where you can have a different Lockscreen.
