Hi folks, anyone recommend a "proper " backup program like Nokia has (loved that program) I cant seem to find one with similar functions that works seamlessly, not even the HTC one can do anything near the Nokia backup, Just a couple of key presses and the phone was back to its working state, including media / contacts / system settings etc' any suggestions , much appreciated!

You can backup stuff on your SD Card (media etc), just by copying it to your PC. Contacts should be backed up via your Google Account. Head here via a PC to see if they are: https://www.google.com/contacts/
You can also backup apps and their data without root now using Carbon Backup apparantly. I'm rooted so can't confirm how seamlessly it works.
System settings are a bit difficult, unless Carbon does it, even with root, there's some stuff you need to set manually unfortunately.
