Nevermind, confirmed they DO upgrade secondary lines. Also, more success getting them to PM to dell. Just phrase it like this - "I know you get bonused on how many phones you sell regardless of price, so you can either pricematch the phone, or I can buy it elsewhere and you can lose a sale". Had to go through 2 supervisors who said no, and got the mobile dept. manager to say an emphatic yes, along with an apology for the other 2 clueless minions for saying no.
