Best Buy Return Policy

I bought the Eris from VZW on Nov 6 and returned it on Nov 8. If I buy the Droid from Best Buy today and don't like it either, can I return it to Best Buy without a restocking fee?

Also, if I purchase from Best Buy can I take the Droid into a VZW store six months down the road if something goes wrong with it?
