Best Buy's Buy Back Plan

I just wanted to let prospective buyers know about a new program that Best Buy is offering. Because technology is changing so rapidly, BB is assuming that there are prospective buyers just sitting still not knowing what to do. I bought my EVO Shift from BB for $149.00. The Buy Back Plan for items over $350 is 60$ one time, but I dropped the Sprint insurance in favor of Black Tie insurance for $10 and that cut the $60 fee in half. One or two years from now, I can trade my phone in for 1\3rd of my phone's actual retail cost, which on the EVO is around 160$ that I can use toward my next phone. Pretty Coo!!!

Right now (as of 2/9) there doing the Buy Back for free as a promotion to get it rolling, nows the time if your going to BB for a phone.

I got that too but you could probably sell your phone for way more then they will pay you for it. I layed $30 for it, if its free now then ill take mine back and see if I can get a reimbursement.

I went into BestBuy today and purchased an Evo Shift, the salesman said the buyback is free right now (Not sure if it's all this week until Sunday or what) to promote it so of course I said yes.
