Best camera app replacement?

I like the stock camera on the Note, but I'm looking for something with more bells and whistles. There are many apps out there, but so far they are missing a REQUIREMENT: manual focus (tap on area of focus)

So basically, I'm looking for a camera app that has manual focus, plus some other great features not currently in the stock app. Any suggestions?

You might also then try Pro Capture Camera.
As for my stock camera, mine does allow to focus on a certain point on the screen by tapping on the point I want to focus on.

Thanks Kamau, but that app also doesn't give you manual focus. I know the stock app gives manual focus, but I'm looking for that feature plus lots of bells/whistles not found in the stock app.

It's amazing that so far the only camera app that has manual focus is the stock app!

I think Camera360 might have what you're looking for.

Wow, thanks! That's what I'm looking for. :) Simple to use yet full of features and effects, manual focus, etc. Only thing bugging me is you can't zoom into a photo after you shoot it, plus some camera functions disabled, like "metering mode".

But as of now this will be my new default camera! :)

Can you turn off the shutter noise with it, or do you have to use a different app for that?

This app looks really good, but when I go to settings it says:

Sorry, sharpnes adjustments is not supported on your phone, (I have a Galaxy Note)
Sorry, contrast adjustments is not supported on your phone,
Sorry, color saturation adjustments is not supported on your phone,
Sorry, brightness adjustments is not supported on your phone,

It allows to adjust only WB and Exposure.

Is there any way to turn on the other adjustments?

Thanks,

There is an option to turn off "shutter" sound. It does stop the loud shutter sound, but there is still a beep and vibrate when you take a shot.

Yeah, me too. :( Hopefully the devs will hear of this and try and support the Note.

i have alot of camera apps .. fav is instagram ... i loved it on my iphone .. love it on my android also!!

Yea,
It's not bad at all. I use it alot more than the stock camera.

ICS Camera is also nice, a little bit quicker shutter.

Love Camera360. I use instagram to add effects and showing off :)

I started using this Camera 360 in my SGN and noticed that when I take a pic, I can no longer find that pic anymore in any folders If I wanted to send it via SMS or see it. Gallery that usually is bad at grabbing everything on it somehow won't display any pics taken from camera 360. I went on the path where it is confgured in its settings and changed it to /mnt/sdcard/external_sd/DCIM/Camera/, since I added a 32GB SDcard on it, and there's no pics I can see on that path. Used X-plore and myfiles app to find any track of pics from it but I cannot. I can see all pics taken with other camera apps I was testing. Anyone has noticed this?
