Root Best CM9 for Evo v

I recently got s-off and i was wondering what is the most stable CM9 rom to date... i dont really care much for mms or for 3d... but i would like a stable cam and 4g... if there is a cm10 rom thats fits the above criteria, that would be even better...
ps... im on eng-hbooot..

I've found Devil Toast eats battery like a large man at a buffet and JMZ's, while ultra battery efficient gets random reboots here and there. Slim ICS seems to be the best there is so far.

If you'd really like a Jelly Bean one, you can jump over to XDA (or Goomanager) and look for Disarmed Toaster v0.2.2 with working cam, but it doesn't seem rock stable like that up there yet.

does 4g work on anorexia???
 
tryed it but didn't really like it so went back to midnight senseless... got a lot of time so ill try lots of roms today
 
I would suggest checking out SOS. You can set it up anyway you want, and it has quiet a bit of options. One SOS setup may look completely different from another one. I use it as my daily and have found it hard to sway from.
 
Hey I'm running anorexia and I'm connected to 4g and can confirm it to be working. But, there's no 4g icon in the status bar to show that I'm connected. I had to go to 4g settings to see that I was connected. Anybody know a fix for this?

assuming its an aosp rom... you can try getting rom toolbox and downloading a 4g icon for the status bar in the themes section

Yeah it's basically a stripped down or "starved" if u will, cm9. I found a flashable zip that replaces the stock 3g and 4g icons. But I'm not certain that it won't boot loop indefinitely. Guess I'll make a nand backup and give it ago. And if that doesn't work I'll give rom toolbox a shot. Thanks again.

I can't speak for any other cm9 roms but I've been running anorexia for 2 days now with no issues other than no mms and the lack of a 4g icon when 4g is connected. Other than that, all is well.

How's battery life? No 4G icon is OK since I don't get 4G. Any reboots?

Battery life is great. I take my phone off of the charger about 6:45 or 7 am and it has easily made it till about 9pm the same day. That's with light to moderate use. As for random reboots, zilch. The only time it reboots is when I initiate it. It's a solid rom. Fast too.
