best contact manager?

Anyone have nay suggestions, I am lloking for something similair to icontact, that will allow me to jump right to certain letter
 
might not help but in any case, Speed Dial (free through the market) will give you up to 16 contacts on any page, as opposed to the HTC widget that allows you 9 per scroll.

If you are in the people listing, flick once with your finger and a little tab will appear in the upper right of the listing. Drag this tiny tab with your finger to the left and it allows you to fast scroll by letter.
