Best Dictionary App

Hello everyone! I think title says it all.I want an offline dictionary app which must include almost all the words.I need suggestions.....plz help!

Maybe arcus..color dict.. or advanced English dictionary and thesaurus..plus dictionary.com one for online..or wapedia for a wiki app

Arcus Dictionary is offline dictionary.
Online dictionaries are useless. we can search in google for meaning instead.

They were all offline except dictionary.com..you just have to download the dictionary data to them
