Help Best display to use to preserve battery???

Friends, what is the best way to get the display on my new Inspire to stop draining my battery?

Shows as 75% - 80% of battery drainage daily. :The battery is my biggest complaint with this phone - nearly enough to cause me to return it.

And yes I have "conditioned" and/or "calibrated" it and yes I turn it OFF to charge at night.

Turn down brightness. Go to "settings, display" to find the control. "Auto" (default) keeps the brightness pretty high. Most folks can get by with a lot less.

Agreed. My brightness is at 25%. If I go outside in the sun, well, I do need to up it a tad. Normal use indoors 25% is fine.
