The Vonage mobile app has the best facebook chat, plus you can call your friends on facebook over wifi for free if they have the app also. Check it out, it works really good.

I'd say Bloo 1.5 if you want chat integrated into your app. A Google search should find it, I think only version 1.4 is in the app store, that version doesn't have chat

Try using Go!Chat. It integrates with your facebook account. Nice looking interface, and easy to use.
