Best fix for screen burn in?

Get the screen replaced.
Burn in means that some of the LEDs have degraded more than others (OLEDs degrade with use), so the only fix would be to degrade the rest equally (display an image which doesn't use the affected LEDs at high brightness for a long time), or replace the screen.

There's not much you can do other than get it serviced.
