Root Best free back up for Rooted Prevail ?

What do you guys feel is the best free back up software for a rooted Prevail, and why ?

Also does the back up you use back up everything on the phone? Like the modified operating files and so on?

And as long as I am posting... Again thank you to all that have put the Rooting Info up for us. I am loving he freedom!

Titanium Backup. The free version is awesome but the pro key is even better. This app has saved my butt on several occasions. All the other features come in handy too.
