Best LTE tablets right now?

I want to buy an unlocked LTE tablet with a nice big display and better specs than my phone (Samsung Galaxy Nexus, 1.2 GHz dual core, 1 GB RAM). What do you recommend?

I love stock Android so I was hoping to see a new Nexus 10 with a LTE version, but it's getting near the end of the year so I'm not sure if we'll see one or not.

The Nexus 7 seems nice and powerful, but I played with one at Best Buy for a while and it seemed too small for my taste.

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z has an unlocked LTE version for about $600. That seems to be the best one available at this time, but it's hard to shop for these since I haven't found a good place that just lists all the LTE tablets for comparison.

I've looked at the Samsung LTE tablets but I think they are all kind of older, and aren't any faster or more RAM than my Samsung phone, which is pretty sluggish at times. I don't play a lot of games, but when I do I like the device to be responsive.

Do you think I should go for that Xperia? Or is there another great tablet out there I just haven't seen? Any suggestions, experiences, or recommendations you could share would be very helpful. Thanks!

I am in the US. Sorry, I didn't think to mention that in my original post.

Thanks for the link. I hadn't seen that 2014 edition yet.

We're still waiting on the second generation nexus 10 tab to get released, so that's something to keep in the back of your mind.
